Power Format Painter!

Make your Format Painter icon work to full capacity. Select the text with the formatting you wish to copy, and then Double Click on the Format Painter
icon . Use the painter repeatedly throughout the document to copy formats. This tip works in Excel, PowerPoint and Access!
